A refreshing bowl of fruit custard is cooling and comforting at any time of the day.
Here I tell you the recipe of this simple dessert.
Ingredients:
Custard powder-2 1/4 tsp
Milk- 500 ml +2 tbsp
Sugar- 4-5 tbsp
Apple chopped- 1 cup
Mango chopped- 1 cup
Banana chopped- 1/2 cup
Chopped dates,chopped cashews and raisins-1/2 cup

Here I tell you the recipe of this simple dessert.
Ingredients:
Custard powder-2 1/4 tsp
Milk- 500 ml +2 tbsp
Sugar- 4-5 tbsp
Apple chopped- 1 cup
Mango chopped- 1 cup
Banana chopped- 1/2 cup
Chopped dates,chopped cashews and raisins-1/2 cup
Recipe:
- In a deep bottom pan add 500 ml of milk and bring it to boil. Keep stirring to avoid burning at bottom.
- In a bowl mix custard powder with 2 tbsp of milk.
- As the milk boils add sugar, mix well and then add the mixture of custard powder and milk prepared in the above step 2 to the boiling milk with continuous stirring.
- The boiling milk begins to thicken and at this stage take it off the stove and let it come to room temperature.
- Refrigerate and chill the thick custard milk prepared.
- In a bowl take chopped apple, mango, banana, dates,cachews,raisins.
- Add the chilled thick custard milk to it and serve.
