Avocado Milkshake

Eating an avocado of is a good way to increase the amount of vitamins and minerals in your diet.Avocados are rich in healthy fats,fiber,a store house of different vitamins,minerals like magnesium and potassium.Best and good food for growing kids.
Here I have a simple avocado milkshake for you.

Ingredients:
Ripe Avocado- 1/2
Milk- 1 1/2 cup
Sugar-1 1/2 tbsp (Depending upon the sweetness required)
Ice cubes (optional)
Chocolate syrup-a tsp (optional)

Recipe:
Cut avocado and after removing the pulp, cut them into chunks and drop into a blender.
Add just little milk around half cup and sugar and blend well till it is smooth.
Now add remaining milk and blend again.
Line your serving glass with chocolate syrup and add the milkshake to it.(I didn't use that syrup too)
Add ice cubes and serve chill. (I din't add as I had to give that to my kid)
