Kosambari/Split green gram-Carrot Salad

Salad serving all nutrients at once is preferred by all.
Here is one such salad with right amount of proteins, vitamins and minerals i.e Kosambari/Moong-carrot salad

Ingredients:
Moong dal/Split green gram-1/2 cup soaked
Carrot-1 grated
Cucumber-1/2 finely chopped
Tomato-1 chopped
Grated Coconut-1 tbsp
Lime juice-2 tsp
Mustard seeds-1 tsp
Red chillies- 1-2 cut into pieces
oil-1 tsp
Salt to taste

Recipe:
Drain the soaked moong dal.
In a bowl mix the moong dal,carrot,cucumber,tomatoes,grated coconut.
Add salt to taste and add lime juice and mix well.
Season it with mustard seeds,red chillies and oil.
Kosambari is ready to serve.
