The flavour of cilantro or coriander leaves in chutney is mindblowing. When blended with fresh coconut the taste gets even better. How about a coconut chutney with cilantro? Awesome color lent by Cilantro makes it more attractive lookwise and even tasty due to the flavour. The coconut brings the nutty feeling and tastes delicious when used as an accompaniment with dosa, idli or even rice.

Recipe:
- In a blender, add fresh coconut, cilantro, tamarind pulp, green chillies. Grind well with water as required to a smooth paste.
- Transfer it to a bowl and now prepare the tampering
- For tampering add oil in a small pan, when hot add mustard seeds and dry red chilly and let them splatter.Switch off the stove and add curry leaves to it. Cover it for a moment as with the addition of curry leaves the splattering will be more.
- Once done transfer the tampering immediately to the chutney and enjoy this delicacy.
Note:
I sometimes add 4-5 cashewnuts along with coconut while grinding and that adds a good flavor to chutney.
Enjoy the dish! n don't forget Eat and Eat little MORE.. :)
